Jan-Hendrik’s early years in art and photography reflect in the décor, presentation and décor. Each course is decorated like a still life. Large white plates resembling water lilies are a canvas for dashes of colourful carrots and pumpkin resembling Miro paintings.
Splashes of mashed potato, cauliflower mousseline, a delicate drop of ginger jelly, or deep dark meat sauce reminiscent of enriched Bovril, offset patterns, shapes, and textures.
